Education from Nursery to Class X
Founded by the Catholic Church and administered by the Archdiocese of Guwahati, Don Bosco High School, Hojai is an English Medium Co-Educational institution. While primarily intended to serve the Catholic community, it remains open to students of all religions, castes, and communities — fostering an inclusive environment, provided they adhere to the rules and regulations of the school.

Three Stages of Learning
Lower Primary
Building strong foundations through activity-based learning. Students develop core literacy, numeracy, and life skills in a nurturing environment.

Evaluation System & School Hours
Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 85% attendance is mandatory to appear in examinations.
Medium of Instruction: English is the medium of instruction. Students are expected to speak English within the campus premises.
Admission Information
Who Can Apply
- Admissions are primarily offered for Nursery — age requirement: 3.5 to 4 years.
- Admission to other classes depends on vacancy availability.
- Transfer Certificate is mandatory for admission to higher classes.
- No admission is granted for Classes IX and X.
- Open to students of all religions, castes, and communities, subject to school rules.
